The water heater in my apartment failed, and Patrick and Mitchell walked me through several options and did an excellent job replacing the unit. They were very patient and thorough every step of the way from planning through installation, but they're also among the most conscientious people I've ever done business with. Frankly it felt like they were taking as much care as they would with friends and family. They really stayed on top of communication, too. Everyone's busy, but they always called or texted back when they said they would. I thought the total cost for this job also seemed very fair compared with other quotes I had, especially given the quality of their work and communication.
K HomiakI tend to look for the more family owned, less commercial, companies in the area to get that personable experience. Patrick with Morrissey Plumbing was exactly that. Answered right away and quick to respond via text. Patrick and his brother were very knowledgable and offered genuine advise beyond the required job at hand. They also do great work!! Highly recommend.
Susan TheiringPatrick and his brother are wonderful! They come at the time they tell you they will be there, work with you to find the best options to fix the issue and keep you posted with all that is happening so you are well aware of what is going on. We definitely will have these guys come back to do any plumbing issues we have in the future!
Sandra FlemmingI woke up in the morning and found my shower was leaking, looked in Google and saw Morrissey FAMILY plumbing. After checking it out I also saw it was a local business and the CEO was a woman. I was sold. Called and they worked around their busy schedule to come the next day. Patrick and Mitch were great and brought all the right parts and pieces and within an hour I was all set to go. Thanks guys, really appreciate it.
Nick EdlerThe Morrissey Brothers are the BEST I have worked with. Residential or industrial, they are the guys. Fair prices, excellent work, great communication. Do yourself a favor and hire these gentlemen for your plumbing needs.
Tosh BermanSuperb service and they did a great job on the plumbing issue we had. I plan to use them again if there is a plumbing problem. And they are very easy to communicate with, and they show up on time. Excellent company. And added note: Once again they came and took care of our plumbing issues with the house. Not only that, I recommended them to another neighbor/friend and he loves their service and skills. They are the gift that keeps on giving.
Carole GelfusoLate in the day, our cable repairman was running a cable behind a hose bib pipe. Not realizing the pipe had rusted at ground level, the little bit of pressure he used, busted the pipe & water was spraying everywhere. We got the water turned off. Called 6 plumbers, & Morrissey & Family Plumbing was the only one that actually answered. I was impressed with their reviews & felt confident. They took all our information in detail for our emergency situation & said they’d arrive in a couple hours. The Morrissey brothers arrived right on time & did the job perfectly. Professional & knowledgeable. Gave us suggestions as well. We would highly recommend this company.
Pamela ZarrilloVery dependable and honest people. Came out the same day even though they were very busy. They are AWESOME and I highly recommend them!
